Mitsubishi Motors is recalling approximately 198,940 Outlander and Outlander PHEV vehicles in the US due to a software glitch affecting the rearview camera. The camera image may freeze or black out, especially when reversing shortly after starting the vehicle. A free software update will be provided to resolve the issue, with owner notifications beginning in late June 2025.
