Electric scooters in India exhibit nearly double the quality issues compared to petrol-powered two-wheelers, with 98 problems per 100 vehicles. Despite this, customer satisfaction has improved, as 61% of electric scooter owners reported fewer issues than expected. Royal Enfield and Bajaj Chetak stand out in initial quality rankings.
