The new X5 also offers an optional xOffroad package, which introduces four dedicated off-road driving modes – xSand, xRocks, xGravel, and xSnow. Operated through a rocker switch on the centre console, it adjusts parameters such as ride height, xDrive settings, throttle response, transmission behaviour, and the intervention levels of DSC.
